Fitness is impacting our community.

It’s about our people. Beyond an amazing community of customers, Fit to Navigate seeks to combat recidivism in women offenders, with a particular interest in mothers. This program empowers incarcerated mothers and provides the means to sustain themselves and their families. Personal Fitness Navigator provides curriculum, course facilitator, training, and certification testing. The end goal is for incarcerated mothers enrolled in the program to obtain personal training certification that equips them with skills to find or create employment once released. Providing for a stable income, household and environment for child/children, decreasing the likelihood of reoffending.
